SHIPPING

Items are dispatched within one business day of purchase, Unless the product states it is on BACK-ORDER or PRE-ORDER. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Standard Australia Post shipping times apply. Estimated shipping times can be calculated here.

Orders over $50 are shipped free of charge with standard shipping. Express shipping can be purchased for an additional charge.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your product, you should mail your product and the receipt/proof of purchase to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged or returned for store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges
